1. What cookies are
Cookies are small data fragments that a website stores in the user’s browser. They help recognize a session, save interface settings and keep the dashboard working correctly.
Similar technologies include browser local storage, session storage, pixels, device identifiers and technical server logs.
2. What cookies Profit Magic uses
- Strictly necessary technical cookies — required for login, security, form protection, session handling and basic website functionality.
- Preference cookies — save language, light or dark theme, interface state and similar user preferences.
- Analytics cookies and similar Yandex Metrica technologies — used to understand traffic, sources, clicks, errors, performance and section usage, including Webvisor and click map if enabled in the counter settings.
- Bitrix24 online chat cookies and similar technologies — help open the chat, keep request history and show support the authorized user data within a request.
- Marketing cookies — used only if this functionality is enabled and user consent is obtained where required.
3. What data may be collected through cookies
- Cookie or session identifier.
- IP address, approximate location by IP, device type, browser, operating system and language.
- Page URL, referrer, date, time and visit duration.
- Interface actions, selected settings, technical errors and security events.
- Yandex Metrica analytics data: page views, clicks, traffic sources, device and browser parameters, and Webvisor recordings if this feature is enabled.
- Bitrix24 online chat data: chat opening, message text, authorized user and customer data sent for support work.
4. Why this is needed
Without some cookies, the service cannot properly authenticate the user, protect forms, keep the session and save dashboard settings. Analytics and similar technologies help improve Profit Magic stability, speed and usability.
5. Storage period
Session cookies are usually deleted after the browser is closed or the session ends. Persistent cookies may be stored longer to remember user settings and avoid repeated setup on every visit.
Exact storage periods depend on cookie type, browser settings and connected technical services. The user can delete cookies manually in browser settings.
6. Third parties
If third-party services are used for analytics, payments, security, mailing or technical support, they may receive technical data within their role. The controller does not sell data obtained through cookies.
Yandex Metrica is used for web analytics. The service may use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, analyze behavior on the website, and operate Webvisor and click map.
Bitrix24 is used for online chat. When a user contacts support through the chat, the operator may receive the name, email, user ID, customer, plan, tax ID and current page if the user is authorized.
7. Managing cookies
The user may restrict or delete cookies in browser settings. Private browsing mode, third-party cookie blocking and site permission tools can also be used.
If necessary cookies are disabled, dashboard login, settings storage and some Profit Magic functions may work incorrectly or become unavailable.
8. Link to the personal data policy
If cookies or similar technologies make it possible to directly or indirectly identify a user, such data is processed as personal data under the Profit Magic Personal Data Processing Policy.
